Points are earned automatically when you order through our app or website, or by scanning your member QR code at the register. Nope, there’s no cap on how many points you can collect! However, we suggest redeeming them for delicious rewards. Just keep in mind, points expire after 180 days after purchase, or once your account is deactivated.

If you are ordering via our app, website, or at a register with a PPFF team member, you are free to redeem as many rewards as you would like. However, if you are ordering through one of our in-store kiosk, you will need to place multiple orders if you would like to redeem multiple rewards.

Yes, catering orders earn 10 points per $1 when ordered through our app, website or by scanning your member QR code before paying in-restaurant. Just note: catering orders placed through our EZ Cater partner, DoorDash, Uber Eats or other third parties aren’t eligible to earn points. And as with all orders, taxes, fees, and tips don't count toward your point total.

Delivery fees and tips aren’t eligible for points, and purchases made on third-party delivery platforms (like UberEats or DoorDash) don’t earn points either. But you can earn points on delivery orders made through the Plant Power app or website.

Absolutely! When you redeem a reward, promo code, or other offer, you’ll still earn points on any other items included in your transaction (like if you order a burger alongside your reward). As usual, taxes, fees, tips, gift cards don’t earn points.

You will earn points when you pay with a Plant Power gift card if you order through your Plant Power Rewards account or scan your member QR code at the register. Keep in mind, the purchase of a gift card is not eligible for points.
