  • You can either place your order online or email hello@plantpowerfastfood.com and speak with our dedicated Catering Team! We are here to answer any questions you might have about your event.

  • For online orders, please try to place orders at least a full day in advance; however, we are happy to try to accommodate last-minute orders – even same-day orders! To place a last-minute order, you just have to email hello@plantpowerfastfood.com and speak with our dedicated Catering Team!

  • You can include special requests in the “Order Notes” field on the payment details screen. If you want to choose delivery, please select our menu via EZ Cater. Should you request further instructions, once you receive your email confirmation, you can always contact the Plant Power location your food will come from by calling the phone number at the bottom of the confirmation.

  • Any order of $125 or more (before tax and delivery fee) can be delivered.

  • If you need to change anything about your existing order, please either call or email the Plant Power location your food will come from (information is included at the bottom of the confirmation).

  • All online orders are prepaid. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.

  • If you have a Plant Power Rewards account, you can access all past receipts in the “My Account” section. If you do not have an online account, please call your local Plant Power location to request a receipt.

  • Need to cancel? No problem – we understand that plans change! There is no charge for cancellations with at least 3 hours' notice. Cancellations within 3 hours of pick up or delivery will be charged 50%.

  • Yes, you can add gratuity when placing your order online.

  • Please email hello@plantpowerfastfood.com to speak with a catering specialist. They will ask you to provide your tax exemption information, and our Accounting Team will review it. Please allow a minimum of 5 business days to receive tax-exempt approval.

  • Yes! Everything at Plant Power is 100% vegan. We have plenty of Gluten-Free options as well. If further customization is required, please call your local Plant Power location after receiving your email confirmation to discuss additional changes. You can find the phone number from our Locations page by selecting the restaurant of your choice.

  • You will be given the option to receive or decline napkins, utensils, etc.
